“Good Time Management Skills” is not at the top of the Kiersten’s Attributes list. I have not worked on anything (aside from the occasional restaurant doodle – a number of which are forthcoming, I think) in like, a month, and it’s making me sad. The reason for this lack of productiveness is Grad School. That’s right, I’m in school again, and I still haven’t figured out how to manage my free time – although it does exist in pockets between class, homework, fieldwork, and my measly part-time job.

Ooh, but I get a whole week off of school next week, so, um, I will draw something! I will finish my drink order comic I started a whole month ago. Yes! That will be my big moment!*

*Me trying to delude myself that I will not spend that whole week snacking and watching Gilmore Girls reruns.

The (In)Famous Jared Quinn Turns 28!!

Despite his abrasive, misanthropic exterior, Jared is actually one of the kindest and most loyal friends I’ve ever known. He recently flew all the way from Seattle to New York at the drop of a hat to visit me in the hospital and help me out with moving. Whaddaguy! (Also, he’s not really wall-eyed. That’s just for dramatic effect.)
